360° Feedback is a tool that enables co-workers to gather information regarding their performance and competences. It stimulates people in their development, it identifies training and development needs, increases team effectiveness and changes culture.
How does 360° Feedback works?
Co-workers ask others to evaluate them and their competences. Respondents can be both in- and external, and are selected on the basis of their ability to generate reliable and valid information.This tool is web-enabled.
Reporting
The information is treated in a professional and confidential way by GITP. Participants get a transparant report in which development needs are incorporated.
