Career Counselling

In career paths an individual is accompanied by a consultant in his or her career management. They offer a response to issues that relate to (re)orientation in one's career and result in a personal career action plan.

FAQ by companies and organisations - our approach - added value

Questions of company and organisation

  • My ICT specialist regularly asks himself whether he is in the right place, and as he is certainly competent, the questioning is apparently at a deeper level.
  • I would rather be doing something else, but what suits me best? Am I really still well positioned? What would I like to achieve in the years to come?
  • I can see all sorts of openings in my organisation and as manager have plenty of opportunities for growth. But where do I set the boundary for a good balance between work and my private life/?

Our approach

We help companies and organisations to implement successful career paths using appropriate instruments:

1. For individuals :

  • career reviews: self-evaluation is offered
  • career questionnaires: estimations of personal values and standards as these affect your professional life
  • journals: an encouragement to incisive contemplation of oneself

2. For the organisation :

  • Career discussion workshops

aim: to transfer knowledge and insight to the organisation regarding career management.

method: by passing on tips, structure, insight into the process. Obstacles we make for ourselves and those set up by colleagues are also a component of these workshops.

advantage: Employees receive more than straightforward input from their manager and/or HR contact about their day-to-day performance. The wishes and ambitions of the employee are also taken into account.

Added value for company and organisation

Individualised

Career paths are by definition personal. Who am I? What do I want? The "choice-making" aspect is central. The result is a personal career action plan.

Penetrating (self-)insight

What drives individuals is examined not only on technical-instrumental level, but also on the level of values. Tested instruments are used for this. The result is a very inclusive view.
