GITP delivers e-hrm products which are used by means of Internet. These products can be used as support for all aspects of the HRM process, such as selection, development, appraisal and employability. They give you the possibility to explore the qualities of an applicant or an employee at anytime and anyplace.
Besides insight in qualities, our e-products also give the opportunity to determine the personal need for development of the applicant or employee (f.e. personal development plan).
Mostly the products consist of questionnaires based on competencies or tests in the field of personality (behaviour patterns and characteristics of a person) and intellectual capacities. The applicants fill in the digital questionnaires/tests in the organisation or on a different spot by means of the computer. Immediately after finishing the tests, the report will be generated and mailed to a predefined e-mail address. If required a (GITP) consultant can translate the report to your specific question.
