Competency feedback
Job profiles have been established using competencies in order to be able to give direction to personal development. Based on the profile, a questionnaire has been developed in which the desired skills and competencies are described and can be evaluated. With the completion of this questionnaire, one can gain an adequate impression of the competencies and the skills of the employee.
Completing the questionnaire
The questionnaire is to be completed by means of the Internet by the participant and a number of respondents, such as employee, colleague and manager. The participant and respondents are to receive adequate instructions on screen.The participants are advised to choose respondents from whom they can expect to get functional feedback. The participants and respondents are to be allowed a certain period of time (3 weeks is recommended) during which to complete the questionnaires via the Internet, after which the data will be sent to GITP automatically.
Report
The results of the questionnaire are then described in an individual report and sent per e-mail.
The report mainly consists of:
- Description of the competency profile concerned.
- Score in several graphs.
- Points of interest for further development.
