Research
Labour organisations are constantly changing. GITP is therefore working without respite to modernise its products and services. Modernisation for us does not mean adopting the trendy concepts that follow each other rapidly in the world of HRM and Management Science. For us, modernisation is a matter of systematic investing in important developments on the long term. This leads to a sound, scientific basis for our consulting, methods and techniques. The choice for our own research department is simple. For endeavouring, like GITP, to be a leading consulting firm for controlling the interaction between man and organisation can only be successful with a good product. Our products are tested through and through, and thus have portentous value; a guarantee for the quality of our services.
Practice as a source of inspiration
GITP has its roots in science, and the importance of this has been evident since the firm was founded in 1947. That is why we invest 5% of our annual turnover in research and development activities, carried out by a small group of professional researchers, in cooperation with GITP consultants that report questions from clients and act as a sounding board from practice – practice as a source of inspiration. We convert the knowledge provided by this research into products and services that are highly relevant for contemporary developments. We often conduct research in cooperation with clients, because experience has shown that both sides come out winners as a result.
